Hello and welcome to the Wednesday night Masterchef Australia recap. Tonight's episode is a service challenge in support for Second Bite.
The top 6 need to cook a six course vegetarian degustation dinner for 40 people, using ingredients collected the night before by Second Bite.
They will be staggering the cook and they have 2.5 hours to prep, then 30 minutes to plate up. They will each need to hero a food, but won't know what it is until they enter the kitchen.
They will be cooking 4 mains and 2 desserts.
