Shipping & Returns Information


Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order if on account, or within 3 working days of receiving payment if not on account.

We are currently using Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway to ship orders, depending on the size, weight, destination and time of year.

We will send you a notifcation email when the order has been shipped. Occasionally you will get an automated email with tracking information in it. All orders are tracked and tracking information is available on request if not automatically supplied.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived with 7 working days so we can hunt it down.


We will happily refund or replace an item that has not been manufactured to our high standard. We do try to ensure that every item is of the highest standard, but sometimes an inferior product will slip through.

We generally do not refund or replace items for change of mind, but we do run an annual card amnesty, where cards that are not selling well can be swapped out for other designs, subject to terms and conditions. We would rather you had cards on your shelves that sold well, than held onto stock that never shifts. That is no good for anyone.
